The foundation of any Wiki is the quality of its content. I built up the Community Wiki for years taking it from around 120 pages in 2011 to over 800 pages by 2015. The pages weren't perfect, typos, unwanted auto corrects and grammatical errors were in abundance. Those mistakes were eventually corrected but my main goal was always to make sure that every page had something substantial on it. Back in January I founded this Crazy Ex-Girlfriend Wikia and my contributions to the Community Wiki slowed down as this site received most of my attention. Despite this, the WAM score on the Community Wiki is still very healthy. It's due to the fact that over the years I created enough meaningful content for visitors, both old and new, to keep coming back. It's not hard to see and appreciate when a significant amount of work is put into something. It's also quite easy to see when things are done halfheartedly. My creation of this Wikia was meant to be a better alternative to one which had already been started. The work I put into it seems to have somewhat inspired others to put more effort into what they were doing before. I can see they are at least trying to catch up and wish them good luck.
